Located on the gulf the homeowners were told that building a pool was impossible, as their home was built to the property setbacks. This created many challenges. Other pool builders said it would be impossible to build a pool. To make it all work we created a series of shallow areas with an elevated pool under the home, these spilled into a lower pool, featuring a second natural grotto with a deep end for swimming.

This was a huge pool with huge challenges! We used a combination of sheet piles and helical piles to hold back the pool and to not undermine the footers of the house. There was a real fear that this massive home might slide down the hill and into the river!
